Join our growing network of Golden Gate neighbors who build community and resiliency on their blocks by building communication networks, hosting events, and offering emergency preparedness ideas and resources.

Steps to become a block leader

  1. Attend a monthly gathering of supportive block leads who share ideas, get advice, and discuss next steps for organizing your block.
  2. Access our organizing resources including flyer templates, how-to guides, and signup sheets.
  3. Begin building a contact list of your neighbors by dropping flyers, door-knocking, or whatever works for you.
  4. Host one event this year. It can be very casual.
